Maths has always been on of my weak points because of past experience with maths in school I have never been motivated to learn as lesson have always seemed boring so my focus and interest were low I know if I really tried and give it a chance I could get a lot from maths when i applied for computer games and graphics design with foundation year i didn't expect maths to be a core module.
During maths lecturer and seminars with Saeed the hardest thing was that I would take notes without understanding the concepts and when it came to revision i couldn't use it effectively.
Diagnostic of maths test
from the diagnostic test showed saeed the level of maths that i was currently at and needed extra help to make that step to the level need to proceed further this year and next booked a one to one with Eva her help was vital as she knew my situation of being away from using maths for so long she devised a strategy to help cater to my needs of understand the mistakes i made during the diagnostics maths test ways to improve.
khan Academy online tutorials was recommended by Eva to help guide me through the tricky steps towards liner simulations equations with simplicity using methods and guidelines that was highly beneficial when revising for first of 3 maths exams as everything firmly sunk in and started to enjoy maths something i thought i would never say.

How do you feel about the way Saeed teaches maths?

I agree, I find it hard to understand saeed when he is teaching a lecture.
ReplyDeletei would rather look at 5 minutes videos on youtube than listen to saeed's 2 hours long lecture
